The National Trust will be sending the Government’s official Information Sheet to relevant Assured and Assured Shorthold tenants in England by the end of May 2026. The Information Sheet explains how your current tenancy may be affected by the changes introduced by the Renters’ Rights Act 2025. If you hold an Assured or Assured Shorthold Tenancy and have not received by then, please get in touch with your usual National Trust local lettings contact.
