2022 Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Just a quick note to remind you about the National Trust Tenant Survey.
We gather that DJS Research has emailed surveys to all NT residential tenants in the last couple of weeks. We are not sure if there are postal ones for those not on email. If you haven’t received one, please get in touch with your local estate office. Please also remind your neighbours and friends who are NT tenants.
The first survey was back in 2016 following campaigning by TANT for the NT to ask its tenants their views and how things could be improved.
Whilst we were not involved in formulating the survey, we think it is useful to give everyone a chance to have their say; particularly at the current time when we are so concerned about energy prices and inflation of day-to-day living costs. It will also be useful to see how things have changed since the 2016 survey.
For the first time the survey also has a few questions about TANT which will prove interesting!
As always, we are here if you need assistance from our volunteers in the run up to Christmas.
