To help long leaseholders stay up to date we are compiling a data base to include their names, addresses and email details. It will only be used to keep long leaseholders up to date with matters relevant to their lease and to provide supporting documentation such as letter templates. Your permission will be requested before your personal data is added to it.
Data will be stored securely and will not be used for any other purposes.
