Please find below copies of the wording of the letters that the National Trust are sending to all tenants in regard to the difficulties that they may be experiencing as a result of COVID-19.

The National Trust credit control department is currently extremely busy taking calls from tenants who are experiencing difficulties. In the first instance, if you are concerned about paying your rent, please contact your local Let Estate office.
If you need to contact credit control after speaking with your local office and are unable to get through on the telephone please email them on firstname.lastname@example.org. This inbox is monitored from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and all emails will be reviewed and answered as soon as possible.
